FC Pyunik is one of Armenia's most successful football clubs and was founded in Yerevan in 1992. The club dominates the Armenian Premier League, winning numerous league titles and cups. Pyunik is known for its strong youth development and has produced many talented players. The team plays its home games at the Vasken Sargsyan Stadium. Internationally, Pyunik regularly participates in the Champions League and Europa League qualifiers.
