Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1 European Union (according to EU consumer law):

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1.2 Switzerland:

There is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland. However, we voluntarily grant a 30-day return policy.

1.3 USA:

There is no general statutory right of withdrawal in the USA. However, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return policy, provided the goods are unused and undamaged.

1.4 The period begins:

In the EU: on the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
In Switzerland and the USA: on the day the goods arrive at your location.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

2.1 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ToTheJersey, 3007 Bern, Switzerland, email: tothejersey@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

2.2 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the period expires.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

3.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from a delivery method other than our standard shipping), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days (EU) or 30 days (Switzerland and USA) from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.

3.2 We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

3.3 We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

4. Return Costs

4.1 European Union and Switzerland:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the return is due to a defect or error for which we are responsible.

4.2 USA:

The customer bears the cost of returning the goods unless there is a defect or fault attributable to us.

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

5.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential, or goods clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal was removed after delivery.

6. Voluntary Return Policy

6.1 In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal in Europe, and voluntarily in Switzerland and the USA, we grant a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt of the goods.

6.2 Within this period, you may return the goods, provided that:

  • the goods are unused,

  • the goods are in perfect condition,

  • the original packaging is fully intact.

6.3 Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a defect or error attributable to us.

6.4 This voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory rights in Europe.
