Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1 Europe (according to EU consumer law):
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1.2 Switzerland:
There is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland. However, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return policy.

1.3 USA:
There is no general statutory right of withdrawal in the USA. However, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return policy, provided the item is unused and undamaged.

1.4 The withdrawal period begins:
In Europe: On the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
In Switzerland and the USA: On the day the goods arrive at your address.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

2.1 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ToTheJersey, 3007 Bern, Switzerland, email: tothejersey@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., via email).

2.2 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

3.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days (Europe) or 30 days (Switzerland and USA) from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

3.2 We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

3.3 We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

4. Return Shipping Costs

4.1 Europe and Switzerland:
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the return is due to a defect or error for which we are responsible.

4.2 USA:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless a defect or error with the goods is present.

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

5.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
  • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

6. Voluntary Return Policy

6.1 In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal in Europe and voluntarily in Switzerland and the USA, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the receipt of the goods.

6.2 Within this period, you can return the goods without providing any reason, provided:

  • The goods are unused.
  • The goods are in perfect condition.
  • The original packaging is fully intact.

6.3 Returns are at the customer's expense unless the return is due to a defect or error for which we are responsible.

6.4 This voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory rights in Europe.
